Waterlillies is a hand dyed 12 ply spun silk. Easily divided, it fits beautifully on many fabric and canvas sizes. Four plies work well on 18 count canvas while 6 to 8 work on 13 ct. Colors coordinate with Watercolours, Wildflowers, and hand dyed Impressions.
I have no idea where they came from. They were stored in individual floss away bags. If there are more than one of a color, I will try to warn you if they are different dyelots. I stitched with one of these and it was quite lovely. It might have been slightly stiffer than the current waterlillies, but also maybe with slightly better coverage. Some of these are so old they don't have color # only a color name so I looked up the current numbers.
Waterlillies has gotten really expensive and is running at a retail of $11.30. It is 6 yards of 12 ply. So for 18 count you would get 18 yards. I tried to price fairly.
